The particulars of Mr. R.K.Aggarwal heading the group are as below: -
i) Empanelled auditor of PCRA since 2002. Earlier was also empanelled auditor of Punjab, Delhi and NDMC.
ii) Certified energy auditor from ‘Bureau of Energy Efficiency’ (BEE).
iii) One of the highly experienced energy auditors. Have own notes on utility equipment running into about 1300 pages. This enables us to answer all queries of industry in a very small time. One of book on Diagnostic tests & life assessment of hydro power plants is the only one of its kind in India. Getting very high royalty on it. On this basis, most of hydro power plant authorities know us. As soon as energy audit of hydro becomes mandatory, we are likely to grab lion’s share. Similarly for thermal power plants.
BEE invited comments on draft codes on motors, transformers, lighting, piping, refrigeration etc., which are to be necessarily followed by all energy auditors. On the basis of our comments, we made a member of a group for discussing the same. Mr. Aggarwal was the only one selected from Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal and J.K. & got a prize.
Mr. Ashish Vashishth B Tech (Mech Engineering ) HBTI Kanpur. Energy Auditor certified through Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Total Experience 10 years in relevant field .
Mr. S.K. Sabharwal B Tech (Electrical Engineering) IIT Kanpur P.G. Diploma in Business Management, 1976 from YMCA Inst. of Mgt. Studies New Delhi. Training in cogeneration & site utilities organised by University of Manchester U.K.1997, Energy Auditor, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Total Experience 30 years in relevant field.
